Can Expedited Make Design Drawings For Me?

You are responsible for submitting 2D and 3D CAD drawings, and we can then provide a Design for Manufacturing review upon receiving your order.


What Type Of Design Format Can Expedited Accept For Quoting?

3D drawings acceptable formats: STP, STEP, IGS,  X_T, SLDPRT. 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. We must receive complete manufacturing information in order to provide an accurate and timely quote.


What Tolerances Can Expedited Achieve?

In every case, the final tolerances on your part will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to material , part size , design geometry ,manufacturing process , surface finish etc.


How Long Does A Quotation Take?

In general, we respond within 2 days after we receive an RFQ with all the necessary details.

If the quote is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.


How Quickly Can I Get My Parts?

It depends upon the complexity, size and quantity of the item you need. We will give you approximate delivery time in quotation.

About two weeks, if you provide us with complete 2D and 3D CAD models. More complex parts requiring or other special features will take longer. Request A Quote to get more accurate lead times based on your project.


How Does Expedited Compare To Other Suppliers On Price?

Typically 20-40% less for die cast mold tools and large batch turned parts compared to suppliers in North America and Europe.


About Shipping And Packing.

As for shipping, most of our shipments are via air freight, which can take a few days from China to Europe or North America.

About packing, cartons and wooden cases, full consideration of practical situation.
