At our Expedited facility, there are 30 CNC machines dedicated to our small parts services. These machines carry work envelopes of under 25 inches and are supported by an inspection/quality group with the latest in metrology technology. We are experts in milling, drilling, turning, boring, knurling, reaming, grinding, polishing, deburring , tapping, thread rolling, ID and OD grinding, external and internal thread cutting. We also offer anodizing, black oxide, passivating, plating (nickel, zinc, chrome, etc.), qpq (quench polish quench), heat treating, assembly and packaging.

CNC Lathe (Turning)

Capabilities: 1/2 inch diameter to 6 inch diameter.

CNC lathe rotates a workpiece on a spindle as it cuts away material. Used for cylindrical workpieces, we can make intricate cuts on a wide variety of metals. CNC lathes are very versatile and we’ll use them for a wide variety of industries and we can work with most any metal.
Swiss Machining
Ideal for large production runs of turned parts (under 1.25” diameter) with tight tolerances parts

Need a large quantity of parts machined? Swiss machining services may be the answer. Swiss machining is often ideal for small, complex parts. Examples include: Nuts, bolts, pins, needle valves, rotary valves, fasteners, spacers, and more.

When working with EXPEDITED, we guarantee all parts will be made accordingly to your specification. The tightest tolerances expedited can guarantee, with guidance from a customer 2D drawing. Without a drawing, all parts are produced to our ISO 2768 medium standard.
