Tin Bronze Turned Parts

Bronze is an alloy of the metals copper and tin. Bronze offers many features that make it ideal for CNC machining, including superior lubricity. This advantage provides higher production efficiency and savings over denser metals that need continuous lubrication when cutting. Bronze has the highest corrosion resistance of all copper alloys and has excellent wear and fatigue resistance as well as very good sliding properties. However, the conductivity is somewhat lower than that of brass parts.
